Buffalo Properties LLC in past times has engaged in investing in large tract properties. Because of certain limitations in capital currently, I may seek to serve as a locator of large tract properties (farmland or undeveloped land for subdivision) and will seek capital partners to participate with. In late 2025, my capital limitations should disappear and I can once again be a full partner in a joint venture with other investors.
In the meantime, I can help investors find properties and if they meet your return criteria, I would hope to share in some portion of the profits upon successful purchase and redeployment of the property upon improvements.
