I am David Buffalo, President of Buffalo Properties LLC in Simpsonville, SC. I will answer questions about my company since I shifted my focus from large tract ownership and hard money lending for real estate rehab projects to land sales. As rehab projects slowed into 2021, I decided to find better ways to find a profitable return on cash for this business. The top right image on this page shows that Buffalo Properties LLC was organized on December 22, 1999. My company is in its 25th year of operation. We are not new to real estate, though our focus is a major shift for Buffalo Properties LLC. As time moves forward, we may once again become a hard money lender, but for now our business will focus on land sales.

We are in fact a land dealer as part of this business. That means we acquire properties for cash and either hold them or resell them for cash or for terms payment by our buyers.  BUFFALO PROPERTIES LLC OWNS THE PROPERTIES IT SELLS!

Buffalo Properties LLC is not the size it once was, but it does not mean that we do not have ambitions to grow again. We are currently only marketing land in Costilla County, CO, but we have plans to expand our reach and are planning to attract capital partners to participate in larger land transactions as time moves forward. I will be writing more about that topic over the weeks and months ahead.
